The 74LVC1G32 provides a single 2-input OR gate that is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. The device performs the Boolean function Y = A + B or Y = A · B in positive logic.
Input can be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices. The feature allows the use of the device in a mixed 3.3V and 5V environment.
Schmitt trigger action at all inputs makes the circuit tolerant for slower input rise and fall time.
The CMOS device has high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad VCC operating range.
This device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing the damaging backflow current through the device when it is powered down.
