DESCRIPTION

The SGM90509 features 8 input/output (I/O) pins, which can be independently configured as voltage digital-to-analog converter (DAC) outputs, analog-to digital converter (ADC) inputs, digital outputs, or digital inputs. When an I/O pin is configured as a DAC output, it is from a 12-bit DAC output. The output range of the DAC can be configured to 0V to VREF or 0V to 2 × VREF by software. When an I/O pin is configured as an ADC input, its input goes to a 12-bit ADC through the multiplexer. The ADC input range can be configured to VREF or 2 × VREF by software. The I/O pins can also be configured as digital general-purpose input or output (GPIO) pins.
The SGM90509 is operated by a serial peripheral interface (SPI).
The SGM90509 contains an integrated 2.5V, 10ppm/℃ (TYP) reference, and an on-chip temperature sensor, which gives an estimation of the die temperature.
The SGM90509 is available in Green TSSOP-16, TQFN-3×3-16BL and WLCSP-2.05×2.05-16B packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +125.
